Dr Will Lester

Dr Will Lester is a Consultant Haematologist at University Hospitals Birmingham and clinical service lead for Birmingham Women’s Hospital haematology laboratory and fetal anomaly screening service. He is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor in the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, University of Birmingham. He has been a long term supporter of UK NEQAS as a member of the morphology SAG and more recently as chair of the blood coagulation steering group. He is also chair of the British Society of Haematology Haemostasis and Thrombosis guidelines task force. His clinical and academic interests include haemostasis and thrombosis, immunohaematology and obstetric haematology.
